Design: We co-develop understanding-first decision support—aligned to workflow, language, and cultural context—so “next steps” are clear and usable at home.
Implement: We support rollout through tailored recommendations, training/workshops, translation and adaptation, and—where needed—digital tools (mobile/web) that embed clarity into existing pathways.
Evaluate: We measure whether changes are working using practical indicators (comprehension/teach-back readiness, decision confidence, pathway adherence, escalation signals, avoidable rework) and refine the approach based on real-world performance.
