MCS is developing a revolutionary app integrating automated assessments and offering relief for families and caregivers through seamless communication – in real time. MyHuddle aims to:
- Effectively streamline communications and relationships between providers and families; and,
- Meaningfully enhance care and quality-experience for diverse patients and families in a variety of settings (hospice, primary care, facility-based care, and homecare.)
